Objectives:

• To introduce and demonstrate various protected cultivation structures such as polyhouses, greenhouses, shade nets, and tunnel houses suitable for vegetable production under different agro-climatic conditions.
• To evaluate the impact of protected cultivation on vegetable crop growth, yield, and quality.

Problems diagnosed: Together, adverse climate conditions and heavy rainfall pose significant challenges for vegetable production by reducing productivity, increasing input costs, and threatening food security.
